In recent years, within the agriculture, often talk about organic or integrated agriculture and separation of these terms of already known concepts, such as traditional or conventional agriculture.
The voltage application methods more environmentally friendly due to the unavoidable adverse effects of excessive use of chemicals (fertilizers, pesticides), with which man intervenes in the ecosystem by disrupting the balance.
The pollution of groundwater by nitrate leaching, increased chemical residues in agricultural products, reduction of that benefit a population of organisms or even eliminate them and break the ecological chain, are some notable examples that sounded the 'alarm risk '' for scientists, but also producers and consumers.
Way out in the above is the application of organic farming which comes to the fore, in Greece, from the mid-1980s.
Subject to the current practical work is << Comparison of conventional and organic cultivation of pistachio in the region of Megara >>.
The first part presents the main elements for growing peanut as the botanical characteristics, cultivation methods, fertilization, plant protection and storage.
In the second part refers to the area of Megara, the soil and climatic requirements of the crop and the climate of Megara.
The third piece of work presents the requirements for organic farming
