Ανάλυση χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων της γαλακτοβιομηχανίας ΦΑΓΕ (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of this paper is to study and explore the data of ΦΑΓΕ. A company which belongs to the wider food industry.
Additionally, our choice regarding the food industry is not accidental. Greece, as an impeccably, rural country economy can support the food industry providing high quality goods and also removes the need for unnecessary imports. This direct relationship between economy and food industry, enables us to be able to draw more detailed conclusions both for the industry and for the broader scope of the Greek economy.
As a method of approach for the following study, the analysis of data is based on Hellastat database. More specifically, there is a detailed analysis of financial papers, sector study and analysis ratios.
The main conclusion to draw from this work moves on two levels.
Initially, all companies, even the big industries like ΦΑΓΕ,is influenced heavily by the global financial crisis. This is evident in the financial statements of companies mainly after 2010. This is easily understood as share capital increases and money loan, increases sharply after the crisis period. In addition, the reader is able to conclude that the food sector appeared highly resistant to shocks of the crisis compared to other sectors. Although what I have said, the industry has had a smaller loss than all but the refining industry.
Finally, if I could describe some words as keywords in the study, it would be big industry, the dairy sector, the pre-crisis and post-crisis era and competitiveness.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η καταγραφή, μελέτη, αλλά και διερεύνηση των δεδομένων της γαλακτοβιομηχανίας ΦΑΓΕ. Μια εταιρεία που ανήκει στον ευρύτερο κλάδο των τροφίμων.
Επιπρόσθετα, η επιλογή μας αναφορικά με τον κλάδο των τροφίμων δεν είναι τυχαία. Η Ελλάδα, ως μία κατ' εξοχήν, αγροτική χώρα-οικονομία, μπορεί να υποστηρίξει τον κλάδο των τροφίμων παρέχοντας υψηλού επιπέδου αγαθά και ταυτόχρονα απομακρύνει την ανάγκη για περιττές εισαγωγές. Αυτή η άμεση σχέση οικονομίας και κλάδου τροφίμων, μας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να μπορούμε να εξάγουμε πιο εμπεριστατωμένα συμπεράσματα τόσο για το συγκεκριμένο κλάδο όσο και για το ευρύτερο πεδίο της ελληνικής οικονομίας.
Ως μέθοδος προσέγγισης για την παρακάτω μελέτη, χρησιμοποιήθηκε η ανάλυση δεδομένων από τη βάση δεδομένων της Hellastat. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, υπάρχει λεπτομερής ανάλυση καταρτισμένων ισολογισμών, αποτελεσμάτων χρήσης, κλαδική μελέτη και ανάλυση αριθμοδεικτών.
Το κύριο συμπέρασμα που εξάγουμε από αυτή την εργασία κινείται σε δύο επίπεδα.
Αρχικά, όλες οι εταιρείες ακόμα και οι μεγάλες βιομηχανίες όπως η ΦΑΓΕ, επηρεάστηκαν σε πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό από τη παγκόσμια χρηματοπιστωτική κρίση. Αυτό γίνεται εμφανές στις οικονομικές καταστάσεις των εταιρειών κυρίως μετά το 2010. Αυτό γίνεται εύκολα κατανοητό καθώς οι αυξήσεις μετοχικού κεφαλαίου καθώς και ο δανεισμός, αυξάνονται κατακόρυφα την μετά κρίση περίοδο. Επιπλέον, ο αναγνώστης είναι σε θέση να συμπεράνει πως ο κλάδος των τροφίμων εμφανίστηκε ιδιαίτερα ανθεκτικός στους κλυδωνισμούς της κρίσης συγκριτικά με άλλους κλάδους. Παρόλο όσα προανέφερα, ο κλάδος είχε μικρότερες απώλειες από όλους εκτός από το κλάδο της διύλισης.
Τέλος, αν μπορούσα να χαρακτηρίσω κάποιες λέξεις ως λέξεις-κλειδιά στη μελέτη, αυτές θα ήταν η μεγάλη βιομηχανία, ο κλάδος των γαλακτοκομικών, η προ-κρίσης και μετά-κρίσης εποχή και η ανταγωνιστικότητα.
