Argan Oil : ιδιότητες και χρήσεις του στην Κοσμητολογία (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of this paper is to present a vegetable oil, known as Argan Oil, its composition as its properties and the uses that this oil can have. It also presents the environmental and social impacts that are made with its use. Also referring to experiments and mesurement results on the properties of Argan Oil and how widespread it is.
Chapter 1 gives an extensive report and analysis of the composition and properties of Argan Oil, as mentioned some of the advantages in comparison with some other oils.
Chapter 2 gives a report of the uses which this oil can have on Cosmetology mainly, butalso in cooking and nutrition since Argan Oil has varied benefits in many areas. Also lists some experiments whick demonstrate some of the positives that promises to offer this oil. It will also analyze the impact of the use of argan oil in both the environment and the society and economy of the country in which it is produced, Morocco.
Finally, Chapter 3 shows a survey I conducted myself in the context of my internship. More specifically, it is a questionnaire on the popularity of the oil and whether it is widespread and known what offers on many levels, in women and men. The questionnaire is cited whole as the measurements obtained as well

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση ενός φυτικού ελαίου, του αργανελαίου, η σύσταση του και η παρουσίαση των ιδιοτήτων του καθώς και οι χρήσεις που αυτό το έλαιο μπορεί να έχει. Παρουσιάζονται επίσης οι περιβαλλοντικές αλλά και οι κοινωνικές επιπτώσεις που επιφέρονται με τη χρήση του. Επίσης γίνεται αναφορά σε πειράματα και σε αποτελέσματα μετρήσεων που αφορούν τις ιδιότητες του αργανελαίου αλλά και το πόσο διαδεδομένο είναι.
Στο κεφάλαιο 1 γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά και ανάλυση της σύστασης αλλά και των ιδιοτήτων του αργανελαίου, καθώς αναφέρονται και μερικά από τα πλεονεκτήματα που έχει σε σχέση με κάποια άλλα έλαια.
Στο κεφάλαιο 2 γίνεται αναφορά των χρήσεων που μπορεί να έχει στην Κοσμητολογία κυρίως αλλά και στην μαγειρική και στη διατροφή αφού το έλαιο argan έχει ποικίλη οφέλη σε πολλούς τομείς. Παρατίθενται επίσης κάποια πειράματα τα οποία αποδεικνύουν μερικά από τα θετικά που υπόσχεται πως προσφέρει αυτό το έλαιο. Γίνεται επίσης ανάλυση των επιπτώσεων που έχει η χρήση του argan oil τόσο στο περιβάλλον όσο και στην κοινωνία αλλά και οικονομία της χώρα στην οποία παράγεται, το Μαρόκο.
Τέλος, στο κεφάλαιο 3 παρατίθεται μια έρευνα που διεξήγαγα η ίδια στα πλαίσια της πρακτικής μου άσκησης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, είναι ένα ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο αφορά τη δημοτικότητα του ελαίου και το κατά πόσο είναι διαδεδομένο και γνωστό το τι προσφέρει σε πολλά επίπεδα, σε γυναίκες και άντρες. Παρατίθεται ολόκληρο καθώς και οι μετρήσεις που προέκυψαν.
