The purpose of this paper is to present a vegetable oil, known as Argan Oil, its composition as its properties and the uses that this oil can have. It also presents the environmental and social impacts that are made with its use. Also referring to experiments and mesurement results on the properties of Argan Oil and how widespread it is. Chapter 1 gives an extensive report and analysis of the composition and properties of Argan Oil, as mentioned some of the advantages in comparison with some other oils. Chapter 2 gives a report of the uses which this oil can have on Cosmetology mainly, butalso in cooking and nutrition since Argan Oil has varied benefits in many areas. Also lists some experiments whick demonstrate some of the positives that promises to offer this oil. It will also analyze the impact of the use of argan oil in both the environment and the society and economy of the country in which it is produced, Morocco. Finally, Chapter 3 shows a survey I conducted myself in the context of my internship. More specifically, it is a questionnaire on the popularity of the oil and whether it is widespread and known what offers on many levels, in women and men.
