At a time when the criminal action has been a dramatic increase more and more
people, households, companies and businesses seeking solutions to protect their property
and physical integrity.A special situation conititutes the remote control and surveillance.
A safe economic and easy solution is to place monitoring circuit via IP cameras and
alarms. With this thesis entitled "SUPERVISION AND SAFETY AREA THROUGH
CAMERA IP» will build a circuit construction using a IP camera.
In the first chapter we make an extensive reporting and analysis in networks and
telecommunications. Analyze forms of broadcasting and communication, the connection
modes and transmission facilities. Also analyze a complete descrIPtion of local network
protocols, local performance and wide area networks networks because the second
chapter dealing with image transmission ,audio and video analyze the use of multimedia
networks and protocols that support them. Also is a descrIPtion of the email. The second
chapter contains the control of an area through an IP camera, which is connected either
wired or wireless to a computer. We analyze how to install the camera for monitoring the
medium of a LAN network and the settings and techniques required for the supervision
and management over the Internet. We adjusted the camera so that when it detects
motion, giving an alarm to notify us first to our e-mail with photos and then to our
mobile. Finally we describe the operation of a circuit constructed in which we linked the
IP camera. The circuit consists of IP camera, a siren, a lamp, a magnetic trap and a relay
coil of 12V

| Abstract: | Σε μία εποχή που η εγκληματική δράση έχει δραματική αύξηση όλο και περισσότεροι
άνθρωποι, νοικοκυριά ,εταιρίες και επιχειρήσεις αναζητούν λύσεις για την προστασία
της περιουσίας τους αλλά και της σωματικής τους ακεραιότητας. Ειδική περίπτωση
αποτελεί ο έλεγχος και η εποπτεία από απόσταση. Μία ασφαλής οικονομική και εύκολη
λύση είναι η τοποθέτηση κυκλώματος παρακολούθησης μέσω καμερών IP σε συνδυασμό
με ένα κύκλωμα συναγερμών. Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας με θέμα
«ΕΠΟΠΤΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ ΧΩΡΟΥ ΜΕΣΩ ΚΑΜΕΡΑΣ IP» είναι η δημιουργία ενός
κυκλώματος με την χρήση μίας κάμερα IP.
Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στα δίκτυα και τις τηλεπικοινωνίες. Αναλύουμε τις
μορφές μετάδοσης και επικοινωνίας, τους τρόπους σύνδεσης και τα μέσα μετάδοσης.
Επίσης κάνουμε μια πλήρη περιγραφή των πρωτοκόλλων των τοπικών δικτύων, των
τοπικών δικτύων υψηλών επιδόσεων και των δικτύων ευρείας περιοχής. Λόγω του ότι
στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο ασχολούμαστε με την μετάδοση εικόνας, ήχου και βίντεο
αναλύουμε την χρήση των πολυμέσων στα δίκτυα και τα πρωτόκολλα που τα
υποστηρίζουν. Επίσης γίνεται μια περιγραφή του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. Το
δεύτερο κεφάλαιο περιέχει τον έλεγχο ενός χώρου μέσω μιας κάμερας Ιp, η οποία
συνδέεται είτε ενσύρματα είτε ασύρματα με έναν ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή. Αναλύουμε
τον τρόπο εγκατάστασης της κάμερας για την εποπτεία της μέσω ενός δικτύου LAN
καθώς και τις ρυθμίσεις και τεχνικές που απαιτούνται για την εποπτεία και την
διαχείριση της μέσω του Ιnternet. Ρυθμίσαμε την κάμερα έτσι ώστε όταν ανιχνεύει
κίνηση, να δίνει σήμα συναγερμού, να μας ειδοποιεί αρχικά στο e-mail μας με
φωτογραφίες και έπειτα με μήνυμα στο ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο του κινητού μας
τηλεφώνου. Τέλος περιγράφουμε την λειτουργία ενός κυκλώματος που κατασκευάσαμε,
στο οποίο συνδέσαμε την κάμερα IP. Tο κύκλωμα αυτό αποτελείται από την κάμερα IP,
μία σειρήνα, μία λυχνία, μία μαγνητική παγίδα και ένα relay με πηνίο των 12V.
