At a time when the criminal action has been a dramatic increase more and more people, households, companies and businesses seeking solutions to protect their property and physical integrity.A special situation conititutes the remote control and surveillance. A safe economic and easy solution is to place monitoring circuit via IP cameras and alarms. With this thesis entitled "SUPERVISION AND SAFETY AREA THROUGH CAMERA IP» will build a circuit construction using a IP camera. In the first chapter we make an extensive reporting and analysis in networks and telecommunications. Analyze forms of broadcasting and communication, the connection modes and transmission facilities. Also analyze a complete descrIPtion of local network protocols, local performance and wide area networks networks because the second chapter dealing with image transmission ,audio and video analyze the use of multimedia networks and protocols that support them. Also is a descrIPtion of the email. The second chapter contains the control of an area through an IP camera, which is connected either wired or wireless to a computer. We analyze how to install the camera for monitoring the medium of a LAN network and the settings and techniques required for the supervision and management over the Internet. We adjusted the camera so that when it detects motion, giving an alarm to notify us first to our e-mail with photos and then to our mobile. Finally we describe the operation of a circuit constructed in which we linked the IP camera. The circuit consists of IP camera, a siren, a lamp, a magnetic trap and a relay coil of 12V
