E-word of mouth ή viral marketing (Bachelor thesis)

In our thesis topic we will analyze the Word of Mouth marketing and its evolution as E-Word of Mouth marketing or otherwise Viral marketing (Viral Marketing). Tools of marketing that occurred in the last century as an extension of the discovery of social media. Through a primary research and using secondary data will observe consumer’s behavior and how it is affected by the use of the Internet and Social Media, and the performance of E-Word of Mouth marketing to business strategy.
