In a country, where progress is difficult to be achieved in the last few years, due to the economic crisis, academic libraries continue their efforts to provide efficient and effective services, enrich their collection and provide the best possible service to their users. The situation that exists in the academic libraries is mostly known. Due to limited budgets, it is difficult for libraries to provide modern documents, and if they do, these documents are in limited copies. The number of computers is small and the library staff often confined to library requirements. It is interesting, however, to study a different kind of academic library, which is not only private, but it’s also the largest English-speaking library in the Balkans. Through the analysis of the collected data, it was possible to review the current situation and at the same time identify and highlight its main services.
