Παραγωγή κρασιού βιολογικής καλλιέργειας στη περιοχή Νεμέας (Bachelor thesis)

This paper attempted to study the sector of organic wine production and the method of establishing an organic wine producing company in the Nemea region of Corinthia prefecture.
So main purpose of conducting this study was the identification of those factors which influence moods, perceptions and preferences of Greek consumers regarding organic food.
According to the results of work most consumers appreciates organic foods while separating the nutritive value and greater safety than the conventional ones in terms of their impact on human health.
The main factors end, which seemed to affect their buying habits and their future intentions regarding the selection of organic products include the price, the availability and the degree of information and information about them.

| Abstract: | Στην εργασία αυτή έγινε προσπάθεια να μελετηθεί ο κλάδος της παραγωγής βιολογικού κρασιού καθώς και ο τρόπος ίδρυσης μιας επιχείρησης παραγωγής βιολογικού κρασιού στη περιοχή της Νεμέας, του νομού Κορινθίας.
Έτσι, κύριος σκοπός διεξαγωγής της εργασίας αυτής αποτέλεσε ο προσδιορισμός των παραγόντων εκείνων οι οποίοι επηρεάζουν τις διαθέσεις, αντιλήψεις και προτιμήσεις των Ελλήνων καταναλωτών σε ότι αφορά τα βιολογικά τρόφιμα.
Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα της εργασίας το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των καταναλωτών αξιολογεί θετικά τα βιολογικά τρόφιμα, ενώ τα διαχωρίζει για την θρεπτική τους αξία και για την μεγαλύτερη ασφάλειά τους συγκριτικά με τα συμβατικά, σε ότι αφορά τις επιπτώσεις τους στην ανθρώπινη υγεία.
Οι κύριοι παράγοντες τέλος, οι οποίοι φάνηκε να επηρεάζουν τις αγοραστικές τους συνήθειες και τις μελλοντικές τους προθέσεις σε ότι αφορά την επιλογή των βιολογικών προϊόντων, είναι μεταξύ άλλων η τιμή τους, η διαθεσιμότητά τους και ο βαθμός πληροφόρησης και ενημέρωσης για αυτά.
