This paper attempted to study the sector of organic wine production and the method of establishing an organic wine producing company in the Nemea region of Corinthia prefecture. So main purpose of conducting this study was the identification of those factors which influence moods, perceptions and preferences of Greek consumers regarding organic food. According to the results of work most consumers appreciates organic foods while separating the nutritive value and greater safety than the conventional ones in terms of their impact on human health. The main factors end, which seemed to affect their buying habits and their future intentions regarding the selection of organic products include the price, the availability and the degree of information and information about them.
