Beekeeping, as a branch of agriculture, is a science that requires time, effort and, above all, mood. As the products produced by the bees are highly nutritious and important to the human organism, the latter have tried to "exploit" this fact and have concentrated the bees in specially designed areas to reap all these products.
In bee society, each bee has its own role in the honeybee. In this way, a particularly complex process is being carried out to produce various products, each of which has its own particular significance both for the bee's life and for human nutrition.
Much of this work is occupied by the influence of the bee products produced on the human body. Each product should have its own role in the daily diet of people, as there is a wealth of nutrients. Thus, the role of beekeepers is automatically becoming important as a proper and integrated process for the quality production of bee products has to be observed.

| Abstract: | Η μελισσοκομία, ως ένας κλάδος της γεωργίας αποτελεί μία επιστήμη η οποία απαιτεί χρόνο, κόπο και κυρίως διάθεση. Καθώς τα προϊόντα που παράγουν οι μέλισσες είναι σε μεγάλο βαθμό θρεπτικά και σημαντικά για τον οργανισμό του ανθρώπου, οι τελευταίοι προσπάθησαν να «εκμεταλλευτούν» το γεγονός αυτό και συγκέντρωσαν τις μέλισσες σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένους χώρους, για να αποκομίσουν όλα αυτά τα προϊόντα.
Στην κοινωνία των μελισσών, η κάθε μία μέλισσα έχει τον δικό της ρόλο μέσα στο μελίσσι. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, διενεργείται μία ιδιαίτερα περίπλοκη διαδικασία, η οποία έχει σκοπό την παραγωγή διάφορων προϊόντων, όπου το καθένα από αυτά έχει τη δική του ιδιαίτερη σημασία τόσο για τη ζωή των μελισσών, όσο και για τη διατροφή του ανθρώπου.
Μεγάλο μέρος της εργασίας καταλαμβάνεται από την επίδραση των παραγόμενων προϊόντων της μέλισσας στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό. Το κάθε ένα προϊόν, θα πρέπει να κατέχει το δικό του ρόλο στην καθημερινή διατροφή των ανθρώπων, καθώς υπάρχει πλούτος θρεπτικών συστατικών. Έτσι, αυτόματα γίνεται σημαντικός και ο ρόλος των μελισσοκόμων, αφού θα πρέπει να τηρείται μία σωστή και ολοκληρωμένη διαδικασία για την ποιοτική παραγωγή των προϊόντων της μέλισσας Beekeeping, as a branch of agriculture, is a science that requires time, effort and, above all, mood.
