Ροκάς, Αλέξανδρος

This extended essay was performed during my studies at the Alexandrio Technological Institution of Thessaloniki, at the department of Marketing, as prerequisite for my graduation. Basic aim of the essay is to find the position of alcohol drinks at the stores (bars). For better knowledge of this issue it was made a target group investigation at stores of Thessaloniki and nearby, with a questionnaire which will explain our results. At the first chapter we are going to make a presentation of the alcohol drinks, historical details about their beginning and how the alcohol industry started, until our days and how the alcohol is part of our lives. At the second charter we are going to refer to the target group stores (bars) and we are going to investigate the percentage of usage of alcohol drinks which are produced in Greece. Parellely we are going to present the conclusions of count. At the third chapter we are going to learn the history of local and foreign alcohol drinks, in accordance with quality, name, and commercial ticket. Finally at the forth chapter there is the appendix of the investigation and the questionnaire from which we exported our conclusion.
