-Introduction: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system (CNS). The cause of the disease is largely unknown. We know, now, that it is an autoimmune disorder of the CNS that is probably influenced by environmental and genetic factors. Most of the time the end result is a progressive loss of functionality. -Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this research is to investigate the knowledge of nursing students regarding the disease itself, its treatment, how to rehabilitate the patient, as well as how the patient’s life is affected. -Materials and Methods: A questionnaire derived from a research article, consisting of twenty-seven (27) questions, was used to conduct the research. This questionnaire was translated into Greek and was transferred into the «Google Forms» electronic questionnaire platform. The data were then transferred into Excel 2016 and IBM SPSS Statistics 25, so that they could be analyzed, which would allow correlation to be measured. -Results: According to the data analysis nursing students possess an adequate level of knowledge regarding Multiple Sclerosis, as well as a positive attitude towards the disease. Nevertheless, there is always room for improvement.
