With the discovery of the World Wide Web and the Internet, each person has the ability to access all kinds of information that he is interested in. A website is the most important step for any business and its presence on the Internet. Therefore, a prolific, functional, user-friendly website, which at the same time follows the business line of a business, is well-suited. Like every company, the Thessaloniki Museum of Cinema, needs such a website, as well. The first part of the thesis, refers to the Internet, the World Wide Web, their evolution and web applications in general, and then various technologies used in the specific thesis are analyzed, such as HTM, Javascript, PHP, ajax technology, material design. In the second part, there is a short analysis of the design of the museum and its web application, and then each piece of it is fully analyzed.
