For school b ullying, there is enough literature and bibliography worldwide, as well as nationally. The stimulus to address this issue was to explore as a teacher and a parent of a victim if this phenomenon has different dimensions in a small and multicultural soci ety like Komotini in relation to large cities. The individual aim of the research was to examine whether the existence of any differences is related to possible differences in certain dimensions of self esteem. Four (4) elementary schools belonging to the municipality of Komotini of the East Macedonia Thrace Region were randomly assigned to study. The total number of completed questionnaires is 50. The questionnaire contained 44 questions, grouped in two parts. In the first part there were 9 questions c oncerning students' personal data. The second part included 35 questions. The total number of completed questionnaires was 50. The sample consisted of primary school pupils aged 9 12 years, namely the fourth, fifth and sixth grades.
