Προώθηση ιστοσελίδας ακινήτου στο νομό Πιερίας (Internet Marketing) μέσω τεχνολογιών SEM και SEO (Bachelor thesis)

The rapid increase of internet usage in the latest decade, led the
businesses online in order to present, promote or possibly sell online their
products and services. The Web is used daily by lots of millions of people and
became the predominant channel of information concession and pumping. The
users use the search engines in order to find information wherever they are,
because nowadays, a high proportion of searches are being performed via mobile
phones or tablets.
As a result of the facts above, we conclude that the presence of the
websites on the first pages of search engine result pages gives the businesses a
clear marketing boost.
In this thesis, we are going to use SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and
SEM (Search Engine Marketing) technology in order to improve Methoni
Apartments' (Website that presents apartments for sale in Methoni Pierias) rating
in the search engine result pages.

| Abstract: | Η ραγδαία αύξηση χρήσης του διαδικτύου την τελευταία δεκαετία οδήγησε
τις επιχειρήσεις στην στροφή προς αυτό για την παρουσίαση, προώθηση ή
ενδεχομένως ηλεκτρονική πώληση των προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών τους. Το
διαδίκτυο χρησιμοποιείται καθημερινά από εκκατομύρια ανθρώπων και έχει γίνει το
κυριάρχο μέσο άντλησης και παραχώρησης πληροφοριών. Οι χρήστες
χρησιμοποιούν τις μηχανές αναζήτησης για την εύρεση πληροφοριών από όπου κι
αν βρίσκονται, διότι πλέον ένα σημαντικό μέρος των αναζητήσεων που γίνεται
καθημερινά πραγματοποιείται από κινητές συσκευές.
Λαμβάνοντας υπόψιν τα παραπάνω γίνεται αντιλληπτό ότι η παρουσία των
ιστοσελίδων στις πρώτες σελίδες των αποτελεσμάτων των μηχανών αναζήτησης
δίνει ξεκάθαρο πλεονέκτημα στις επιχειρήσεις.
Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε τις τεχνολογίες
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) και SEM (Search Engine Marketing), για την
βελτίωση της κατάταξης στα αποτελέσματα των μηχανών αναζήτησης, του Methoni
Apartments, μιας ιστοσελίδας παρουσίασης ακινήτων προς πώληση, στην
