Επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο του πολυχώρου Fitness business company (Bachelor thesis)

In the present work, the importance of business plans for the establishment and implementation of each new business idea is presented. We analyze the benefits of business plansthat are important and the factors that contribute to their success. Then we present a business plan for a gym, which, besides the conventional services, includes a children's playground with creative activities for the children of its members as well as a spa, a café and a bistro. In order to shape the business plan, consumer behavior of the respective services, market and competitiveness were analyzed, while the strengths, weaknesses, the threats and opportunities were explored through a SWOT analysis. Finally, a financial analysis was implemented to examine the amount of the company's initial investment capital, sales, operating expenses and profits over the next five years in order to calculate the repayment of the initial capital.

| Abstract: | Στην παρούσα εργασία αρχικά παρουσιάζονται η σημασία των επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων για την ίδρυση και υλοποίηση οποιασδήποτε Νέας επιχειρηματικής ιδέας. Γίνεται λόγος για τα πλεονεκτήματα των επιχειρηματικών σχεδίων τη σημαντικότητά τους και τους παράγοντες που συμβάλλουν στην επιτυχία τους. Στη συνέχεια παρουσιάζεται επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο για χώρο γυμναστηρίου ο οποίος εκτός των συμβατικών υπηρεσιών περιλαμβάνει και παιδότοπο με δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες για τα παιδιά των μελών του, καθώς και σπα καφετέρια και μπιστρό. Για την διαμόρφωση του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου αναλύθηκε η συμπεριφορά των Καταναλωτών ανάλογων υπηρεσιών, η αγορά και ο ανταγωνισμός, ενώ διερευνήθηκαν τα πλεονεκτήματα τα μειονεκτήματα οι απειλές και Οι ευκαιρίες μέσω της ανάλυσης SWOT. Τέλος ακολούθησε χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση για τη διερεύνηση του ύψους του αρχικού επενδυτικού κεφαλαίου, των πωλήσεων, των λειτουργικών δαπανών και των καθαρών κερδών της επιχείρησης στην περίοδο της επόμενης πενταετίας, ώστε να υπολογιστεί ο χρόνος απόσβεσης της αρχικής επένδυσης.
