In the following research project the subject of study is to what extent people make
electronic complaints in the social media. Initially four concise chapters will be
presented with the subjects of social media and advertising, traditional and nontraditional E-wom, sign a petition and institutions which constitute our secondary
research (office research). Afterwards, in our primary research (field research) the
aim and objectives (general and special) are reported, as well as the inquiring
method which is sampling without probabilities and more specifically, convenience.
The methodology of the project is based on a quantitative and qualitative gallop poll
through a structured electronic questionnaire. The number of people asked is 300
(n=300) and the questions included in the questionnaire are 13. Moreover, this
assignment presents the questionnaire of the research, its results as well as the
conclusions drawn through solo entry (frequencies), double entry – cross (crosstabs),
test x2 and test anova. Finally, the bibliography for the secondary research is
presented
