Μάρκετινγκ και ξενοδοχεία (Bachelor thesis)

This assigment deals with marketing, specifically with how marketing helps in tourism and in hotels. In the beginning, there is a reference about the history of marketing, marketing theories, and newer domains are examined. Then I continue that marketing helped tourism through the promotion of preferences, and then I talk about its evolution that its use in social media. Then I analyze marketing in the use of social media and websites that have to do with the critic of tourist destinations and facilities, how it affects people by an image or video, and then analyze the phases of decisions before, during and after the trip of a person. Finally, marketing in hotels is being studied, both with the help of social media and simple applications that help the salse of hotel products. Immediately afterwards I analyze the reasoned action marketing model and give an example of its application to a hotel in Seoul. The conclusions that emerged was that marketing is a big and powerful phenomenon that greatly helps to develop a country's economy.
