Δομές τεχνικές επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης στην Ελλάδα: το παρόν και το μέλλον. (Master thesis)
Παπαδόπουλος, Χιονάς
190 years have passed since the first National Orphanage with the object of
learning the building art. In the course of all these years, through the structures of
education, the graduate students acquired theoretical and technical knowledge as well
as professional skills of almost all the specialties and professions that our country
needed, essentially contributing to the rebuilding and reconstruction of the country, in
its first steps after the demolition of the Ottoman yoke, and secondary to progress,
technological development and the end to economic upheaval.
The benefits are many and we can talk now about the necessity and continuity
of the self-existent structure of Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) in
Secondary Public Education in our country. The purpose of the present work is to
highlight throughout this period the social dimension of the structures of the TVE, as
advocated by legislative reforms and social developments at times, as well as the
expectations of the political leadership for the latest reform with the Centers Vocational
Education (CVE) which will bring the two-year programs of studies and the
implementation of the apprenticeship of the graduates of EPAL schools.
