This work presents Leap Motion controller and the way it responds to hand and finger movements. Initially, we studied technologies that allow us to recognize hand gestures. The Leap Motion Sensor and the Camera of Raspberry Pi. Our goal is to choose which of the two technologies by comparing them give us the best, more reliable and optimal results. The pro-gramming was done using the following application development environment: Microsoft Visual Studio, Raspbian, OpenCV, and the C# and Python programming language.
