Μελέτη βιωσιμότητας μονάδος ιατρικής εξυπηρέτησης "Express Service" (Bachelor thesis)

Τhis viability study compare the prospects of medical enterprises in the medical field to the structure of the medical center and the services of "EXPRESS SERVICE".
First, it is presented the medical center "EXPRESS SERVICE" and it is made a historical review of its operation. Also it is developed the philosophy behind this effort, its various functions and the benefits to its clientele. Then it follows a presentation of the activities of the medical center and the way that this company operates. Then the hazards of the viability are mentioned, followed by the problems that Posed them and probable solutions. Furthermore the prospects of the medical center in the Greek market are analyzed. The prospects are followed by the cost of possible investments, the right management and potential growth prospects. The company is evaluated and a business plan is proposed to achieve the sustainable operation of the medical center.
Finally, the conclusions and the overall proposals are presented with the hope that will contribute to the development of this particular company.

| Abstract: | Στη παρούσα εργασία αναφέρονται οι δομές και οι προοπτικές των επιχειρήσεων ιατρικού ενδιαφέροντος στα χρόνια της οικονομικής κρίσης. Οι επιχειρήσεις αυτές συγκρίνονται με τον τρόπο παροχής ιατρικών υπηρεσιών αλλά και τη δομή του ιατρικού κέντρου της “EXPRESS SERVICE” το οποίο θα αποτελέσει το αντικείμενο της παρούσας μελέτης
Παρουσιάζεται το ιατρικό κέντρο “EXPRESS SERVICE” και γίνεται ιστορική αναδρομή της λειτουργίας του. Αναπτύσσεται ο τρόπος οργάνωσης της επιχείρησης, καθώς και οι επιμέρους λειτουργίες της, όπως και οι παροχές προς το πελατολόγιο.
Οι λόγοι για τους οποίους απειλείται η βιωσιμότητα του ιατρικού κέντρου είναι αρχικά η υφιστάμενη οικονομική κρίση που υφίσταται η χώρα μας και ενδεχομένως ορισμένα δεδομένα στη διαχείριση τα οποία θα πρέπει να διορθωθούν.
Η μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τον εντοπισμό των προβλημάτων βασίστηκε στη ανάλυση του κλάδου και στην αναμενόμενη εξέλιξη του και στην ανάλυση της οικονομικής θέσης της επιχείρησης και παρατίθενται προτάσεις. Επίσης εξετάζεται, η προοπτική του ιατρικού κέντρου στην ελληνική αγορά, το κόστος πιθανής επένδυσης, η διαχείριση και οι πιθανές προοπτικές ανάπτυξης.
Γίνεται η αξιολόγηση της επιχείρησης και προτάσσεται ένα λειτουργικό σχέδιο για να επιτευχθεί η βιώσιμη λειτουργία του ιατρικού κέντρου. Το σχέδιο βασίζεται στην εξοικονόμηση πόρων μέσα από την λειτουργία της επιχείρησης και εναλλακτικά με την εύρεση κεφαλαίων από δανεισμό.
Τέλος αναλύονται τα αποτελέσματα της μελέτης και παρατίθενται συνολικές προτάσεις που θα μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν τη λειτουργία αλλά και την ανάπτυξη της συγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης.
