Τhis viability study compare the prospects of medical enterprises in the medical field to the structure of the medical center and the services of "EXPRESS SERVICE". First, it is presented the medical center "EXPRESS SERVICE" and it is made a historical review of its operation. Also it is developed the philosophy behind this effort, its various functions and the benefits to its clientele. Then it follows a presentation of the activities of the medical center and the way that this company operates. Then the hazards of the viability are mentioned, followed by the problems that Posed them and probable solutions. Furthermore the prospects of the medical center in the Greek market are analyzed. The prospects are followed by the cost of possible investments, the right management and potential growth prospects. The company is evaluated and a business plan is proposed to achieve the sustainable operation of the medical center. Finally, the conclusions and the overall proposals are presented with the hope that will contribute to the development of this particular company.
