Η διοίκηση του σχολείου και η συμμετοχή των εκπαιδευτικών στη διαδικασία λήψης αποφάσεων , περίπτωση ερευνάς στα σχολεία του Ν. Κοζάνης (Bachelor thesis)

School, as the main cell of the education system, acts within the social sphere with the main purpose of achieving its goals. Through the school are expressed ways of collective action through which social relations develop. Its administration, for its part, is based on two poles, the manager and the teachers' club. The Director is the person who chairs the meetings and is the main responsible for executing and supervising the decisions of the Teachers' Association. Its administration, for its part, is based on two poles, the manager and the teachers' club. The Director is the person who chairs the meetings and is the body responsible for executing and supervising the decisions of the Teachers' Association. On the other hand, the Teachers' Association aims to develop guidelines for the implementation of the educational policy and the better functioning of the school unit. This research attempts to highlight both the importance of teachers and their participation in the decision-making process. In particular, through a sample of 60 teachers from N. Kozani, an attempt is being made to investigate the way in which the county schools operate, as well as the participation of teachers in decision-making. A 48-questionnaire highlights the need for teachers to be more involved in behavioral, ethical and student performance, assignment of tasks and tasks to teaching staff, and greater involvement in teaching methods and pedagogical manipulations.

| Abstract: | Το σχολείο, ως το βασικότερο κύτταρο του εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος, ενεργεί εντός του κοινωνικού χώρου με βασικό στόχο την επίτευξη των στόχων και των σκοπών του. Μέσα από το σχολείο εκφράζονται τρόποι συλλογικής δράσης διαμέσου των οποίων αναπτύσσονται και κοινωνικές σχέσεις. Η διοίκησή του, από την πλευρά της, βασίζεται σε δύο πόλους, στον διευθυντή και στο σύλλογο διδασκόντων. Ο διευθυντής είναι το άτομο το οποίο προεδρεύει στις συνεδριάσεις και αποτελεί το όργανο εκτέλεσης και ελέγχου των αποφάσεων του συλλόγου διδασκόντων. Από την άλλη πλευρά ο σύλλογος των διδασκόντων έχει ως σκοπό τη χάραξη κατευθύνσεων κατάλληλων για την εφαρμογή της εκπαιδευτικής πολιτικής και της καλύτερης λειτουργίας της σχολικής μονάδας. Μέσω της παρούσας έρευνας επιχειρείται να αναδειχτεί τόσο η σημασία των εκπαιδευτικών όσο και το ποσοστό συμμετοχής τους στη διαδικασία λήψης αποφάσεων. Ειδικότερα, μέσα από ένα δείγμα 60 εκπαιδευτικών του Ν. Κοζάνης, γίνεται προσπάθεια διερεύνησης του τρόπου διοίκησης των σχολείων του νομού, καθώς και το ποσοστό συμμετοχής των εκπαιδευτικών στη λήψη αποφάσεων. Μέσα από ένα ερωτηματολόγιο 48 ερωτήσεων αναδεικνύεται η ανάγκη των εκπαιδευτικών για μεγαλύτερη συμμετοχή σε ότι αφορά θέματα συμπεριφοράς, ήθους και επίδοσης των μαθητών, κατανομής εργασιών και καθηκόντων του διδακτικού προσωπικού, καθώς και μεγαλύτερης συμμετοχής στις μεθόδους διδασκαλίας και στους παιδαγωγικούς χειρισμούς.
