School, as the main cell of the education system, acts within the social sphere with the main purpose of achieving its goals. Through the school are expressed ways of collective action through which social relations develop. Its administration, for its part, is based on two poles, the manager and the teachers' club. The Director is the person who chairs the meetings and is the main responsible for executing and supervising the decisions of the Teachers' Association. On the other hand, the Teachers' Association aims to develop guidelines for the implementation of the educational policy and the better functioning of the school unit. This research attempts to highlight both the importance of teachers and their participation in the decision-making process. In particular, through a sample of 60 teachers from N. Kozani, an attempt is being made to investigate the way in which the county schools operate, as well as the participation of teachers in decision-making. A 48-questionnaire highlights the need for teachers to be more involved in behavioral, ethical and student performance, assignment of tasks and tasks to teaching staff, and greater involvement in teaching methods and pedagogical manipulations.
