This study attempts to outline the level of education of the Public Training Institutes' trainers. Whether the educational services they provide are satisfactory in order to properly train tomorrow's professionals. The choice of the method used is case study - analysis of archive material, collecting primary data. In order to be able to draw conclusions, data from the information system was collected in accordance with the electronic applications of the trainers and their credit points allocation in the region of Central Macedonia, and specifically in DIEK Sindou. These data was recorded and analyzed based on their qualifications, such as their studies, their training, their certification as adult educators, their professional and teaching experience. The collection of data was made in total for 222 trainers for 3 years of training from 2016 to 2019. The results show that most of the trainers have a high level of education, with teaching experience, they are experienced professionals, they tend to train, and the vast majority have knowledge of computer use. It was observed for the first year of training that a small percentage of trainers had certification in adult education and a large increase in their certification over the past year. Another element that has emerged is that half of the trainers are in a state of unemployment, with no parallel work except for the few hours of teaching in the DIEK.
