Our research come from the reality of greek public education. This characterize
from the large number of temporary teacher who work every year in public education
everywhere in Greece. Firstly, we define our problem and next we appose to aim of
our research. Our aim is to discover the way of leadership of school principal to
temporary teachers, the way of management, if they motivate them and how much
they contribute to their job satisfaction.
Our research separate in two parts. The first part is our theoretical background
of our research. The first chapter connect with leadership. Firstly, we devise the ways
which exert authority and influence, multiple theries for leadership and the best type
of it. The second chapter is devised with the administration. Especially we make
historic throwback to basic ideas and theories for it from the beginning until nowdays
and the reality of Greece public education. The third chapter is associatited with
motiviation. We are devised multiple motivation theories which exist in and out of
education system. Also, we write ways with which school principal could be
motivation factor. The forth chapter is associatited with job satisfaction of temporary
teachers and how scholar principal effect it.
At the second part of our research we discuss our aims, researching questions
and the methology which we accomplish our research. Then, we present the results
and the conclusions.

| Abstract: | Η έρευνά μας πηγάζει από την πραγματικότητα που κυριαρχεί στην ελληνική
δημόσια εκπαίδευση. Αυτή είναι η πληθώρα αναπληρωτών εκπαιδευτικών που κάθε
χρόνο απασχολούνται σε δημόσια σχολεία σε όλα τα μέρη της Ελλάδας. Αρχικά,
καθορίζουμε το πρόβλημά μας και στη συνέχεια παραθέτουμε τους σκοπούς της
έρευνάς μας. Αυτοί είναι να μπορέσουμε να καθορίσουμε το στυλ ηγεσίας που
υιοθετούν οι διευθυντές απέναντι στους αναπληρωτές εκπαιδευτικούς, τον τρόπο που
τους διοικούν, αν τους παρέχουν παρακίνηση και κατά πόσο συμβάλλουν στην
επαγγελματική τους ικανοποίηση.
Η εργασία μας χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος αποτελεί το θεωρητικό
υπόβαθρο της έρευνάς μας. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αφορά την ηγεσία. Αρχικά,
αναπτύσσουμε τους τρόπους άσκησης και επιρροής της, διάφορες θεωρίες γι’ αυτήν
και τα σημαντικότερα είδη της. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο ασχολούμαστε με τη διοίκηση
κάνοντας ιστορική αναδρομή στις βασικές θεωρίες που υπήρξαν από τη αρχή μέχρι
να φτάσουμε στο σήμερα και την πραγματικότητα στην ελληνική εκπαίδευση. Το
τρίτο κεφάλαιο σχετίζεται με την παρακίνηση. Αναφέρονται διάφορες θεωρίες
παρακίνησης τόσο εντός όσο και εκτός εκπαιδευτικού χώρου και τρόποι με τους
οποίους μπορεί ο διευθυντής να αποτελέσει παρακινησιακό παράγοντα. Στο τέταρτο
κεφάλαιο ασχολούμαστε με την επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση των εκπαιδευτικών και
τον ρόλο του διευθυντή σε αυτήν.
Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας μας αναφέρονται οι σκοποί, τα ερευνητικά
ερωτήματα και η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε για την έρευνά μας. Στη συνέχεια
παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματά μας και τα συμπεράσματα στα οποία οδηγηθήκαμε
