Ανίχνευση των διαπροσωπικών δεξιοτήτων των εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης και του τρόπου που εκδηλώνονται μη λεκτικά κατά τη διάρκεια της διδασκαλίας (Master thesis)

The present study examines the soft skills and the non verbal immediacy behaviors of
the teachers of primary schools. The study involved 120 teachers of primary school
from Thessaloniki and Alexandroupoli. For the study were used the Non Verbal
Immediacy Scale – Self Report (NIS-S) (Stamatis,2014) and Interpersonal
Communication Inventory (ICI Bienvenu,1976). The results show that soft skills of
teachers are developed. Furthermore, the non verbal immediacy behaviors are spotted.
Finally, it was found that neither the gender either the age are effected statistically the
soft skills or the non verbal immediacy behaviors and the differences between the
teams are not big.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα έρευνα εξετάζει τις διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες των εκπαιδευτικών
πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης και τις συμπεριφορές μη λεκτικής αμεσότητας που
εκφράζουν την ώρα της διδασκαλίας. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 120 εκπαιδευτικοί
της πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης από τις περιοχές της Θεσσαλονίκης και της
Αλεξανδρούπολης. Ως εργαλεία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν η Κλίμακα Αυτοαξιολόγησης Μη
Λεκτικής Αμεσότητας Εκπαιδευτικού κατά τη Διδασκαλία (Σταμάτης,2014) και The
Interpersonal Communication Inventory (ICI Bienvenu,1976). Τα αποτελέσματα
έδειξαν ότι οι διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες των εκπαιδευτικών είναι ανεπτυγμένες.
Επίσης, εντοπίστηκαν οι συμπεριφορές μη λεκτικής αμεσότητας που εκδηλώνουν οι
εκπαιδευτικοί. Τέλος, μελετήθηκαν οι διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και η εκδήλωση
συμπεριφορών μη λεκτικής αμεσότητας ως προς τον παράγοντα φύλο και ηλικία,
όπου οι διαφοροποιήσεις μεταξύ των υπό εξέταση ομάδων δεν είναι μεγάλες. The present study examines the soft skills and the non verbal immediacy behaviors of the teachers of primary schools.
