The topic of this study is anxiety in adult education. This is a subject of major importance in the contemporary educational reality that concerns both educators and trainees. We live in a society that is constantly evolving and changing as technological development grows rapidly and modern social imperatives require intense and permanent activation as the needs are constantly increasing. Direct needs meet stress and stress as these trainers are asked to show the functional role of their educational work.The aim of this work is to investigate the views of adult educators on how stress affects the quality of teaching and the psychology of learners. The method of research activity is the quantitative method through questionnaires that have been distributed to adult educators expressing their personal assessments of the role of stress in the educational work. The findings of the research activity have shown that teacher stress has a great influence on the quality of the teaching activity and practice as well as the psychology of learners for this, and it is suggested that teachers should attend special seminars on stress management in the classroom and school in general.
