Βιωματική προσέγγιση της μάθησης μέσω της μεθόδου πρότζεκτ στη διδασκαλία της αισθητικής τέχνης (Master thesis)

This research aims to explore the views of Vocational Education Teachers in relation to the exploitation of experiential learning and in particular the project method as well as the evaluation of the benefits that the students derive from the particular energetic educational technique, in the 1st EPAL of the Prefecture of Arta and in the Sector of Aesthetic Art. For the purpose of this study, the quantitative survey that was implemented using a questionnaire was selected on the google forms website. A sample of the research was made up of 104 teachers of the EPAL of Arta, capable of highlighting the general trends prevailing. The present study has shown that motivating teachers to engage in experiential activities is to improve pupils' performance, a good prerequisite for good student collaboration and student satisfaction depends on previous experience in such actions. An inhibiting factor is the lack of support and support from the school community. Teachers' willingness and cooperation with pupils can be combined with school leadership / administration to reduce job insecurity, enhance quality in education, and ensure comprehensive youth education.
