Quality is a much-discussed concept nowadays. It depends on proper organized management and
planned actions. These actions concern the development of functional applications that are able to
analyze and evaluate quality. In this thesis, an automated tool for quality assessment has been created with Matlab programming. The objective is to create a computerized tool that will evaluate products or services according to criteria chosen by the customer or the user.
The evaluation is based on certain attributes and subattributes chosen by the client or the user which
are depicted on circles and separated into fields, each field having the same meaning, reflecting the
emphasis (weight) for each feature and requirements. In the end of the evaluation, the data is represented in the form of Kiviat diagrams and appropriate conclusions can be drawn for the selection of
the appropriate attribute. In this work, feature analysis graphs, tables and trees and complex attributes are used to configure user requirements and to evaluate objects (methods, tools, techniques
procedures, etc.).
