The business plan is the prime step for every business. It is an important tool for new and old-business. As it is a necessary tool for potential entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to start a new business. The aim of this work is to present a business plan for an accounting company. Current thesis consists of two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the concepts of entrepreneurship, definition, usefulness of business plan, structure of the business plan etc. Several other theoretical issues related to the creation of a business plan are also presented. The practical part of the thesis presents the business plan for the start-up and operation of an accounting services company in Thessaloniki region, as well as, the results of the specific business plan. Finally, although the main purpose of this work is purely educational, it is also a kind of approach to the idea of starting and running an accounting office in that particular region.
