Public works and the way bids are drawn by contractors for the construction of a project is a serious matter in which different interpretations, protests, objections, opinions and conflicts are intertwined in a story without beginning and end. Public works acrobatize in poorly worded, misinterpreted, drafts, and mostly fragmentary legislative texts, whose terms are constantly changing.
In this thesis besides the procedure to be followed in a Public Project, the study of the construction of the road project "Construction of the Igoumenitsa - Preveza Road, Section Improvement, Section 4: Section Gerakari - Parga by C. Th. +000 to X.Th 14.937.20 ". Emphasis is placed on the part where the largest trench is presented, that is from CH. 2 + 168.78 to CH. 2 + 448.78. The aim of the thesis is, after the detailed and complete presentation of the study, to budget the road project

| Abstract: | Τα Δημόσια έργα και ο τρόπος που συντάσσονται οι προσφορές από τις εργοληπτικές επιχειρήσεις για την κατασκευή κάποιου έργου είναι ένα σοβαρό θέμα στο οποίο διαφορετικές ερμηνείες, διαμαρτυρίες, αντεγκλήσεις, γνωμοδοτήσεις και συγκρούσεις αλληλοεμπλέκονται σε μία ιστορία χωρίς αρχή και τέλος. Τα Δημόσια έργα ακροβατούν σε κακοδιατυπωμένα, δυσερμήνευτα, πρόχειρα και κυρίως αποσπασματικά νομοθετικά κείμενα, των οποίων οι όροι αλλάζουν συνεχώς.
Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εκτός από τον τρόπο διαδικασίας που πρέπει να ακολουθείται σε ένα Δημόσιο Έργο ταυτόχρονα παρουσιάζεται η μελέτη της κατασκευής του οδικού έργου « Κατασκευή οδού Ηγουμενίτσας – Πρέβεζας, βελτίωση κατά τμήματα, υποτμήμα 4: Καρτέρι Γερακάρι – Πάργα από Χ. Θ. 0+000 έως Χ. Θ. 14.937,20 ». Έμφαση δίνεται στο τμήμα όπου παρουσιάζεται το μεγαλύτερο όρυγμα, δηλαδή από Χ.Θ. 2+168,78 έως Χ.Θ. 2+448,78. Σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι, μετά την αναλυτική και ολοκληρωμένη παρουσίαση της μελέτης, να γίνει ο προϋπολογισμός του έργου οδοποιίας.
