Public works and the way bids are drawn by contractors for the construction of a project is a serious matter in which different interpretations, protests, objections, opinions and conflicts are intertwined in a story without beginning and end. Public works acrobatize in poorly worded, misinterpreted, drafts, and mostly fragmentary legislative texts, whose terms are constantly changing. In this thesis besides the procedure to be followed in a Public Project, the study of the construction of the road project "Construction of the Igoumenitsa - Preveza Road, Section Improvement, Section 4: Section Gerakari - Parga by C. Th. +000 to X.Th 14.937.20 ". Emphasis is placed on the part where the largest trench is presented, that is from CH. 2 + 168.78 to CH. 2 + 448.78. The aim of the thesis is, after the detailed and complete presentation of the study, to budget the road project
