The goal of this research is to investigate, record and evaluate the views of those who are involved in vocational education and training, the satisfaction they receive from participating in relevant programs, and their perceptions of their effectiveness and performance. The quantitative research was implemented using a questionnaire on the google forms website.A total of 152 trainers, trainees, individuals who completed vocational education and training programs were sampled. They are self-employed, self-employed or unemployed in various regions of Greece, capable of highlighting the general trends prevailing. The work highlights how demographic and social characteristics, as well as the particular expectations and personality combined with the individual effort of each person participating in vocational education and training programs influence the choice and satisfaction they receive.In the context of the current economic crisis, increasing income and reducing unemployment are goals that can be achieved with proper organization and planning.
