Η επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση και η σύνδεσή της με την επαγγελματική απασχόληση (Master thesis)

The goal of this research is to investigate, record and evaluate the views of
those who are involved in vocational education and training, the satisfaction they
receive from participating in relevant programs, and their perceptions of their
effectiveness and performance.
The quantitative research was implemented using a questionnaire on the
google forms website.A total of 152 trainers, trainees, individuals who completed
vocational education and training programs were sampled. They are self-employed,
self-employed or unemployed in various regions of Greece, capable of highlighting
the general trends prevailing.
The work highlights how demographic and social characteristics, as well as
the particular expectations and personality combined with the individual effort of each
person participating in vocational education and training programs influence the
choice and satisfaction they receive.In the context of the current economic crisis,
increasing income and reducing unemployment are goals that can be achieved with
proper organization and planning.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση, καταγραφή και αποτίμηση
των απόψεων όσων σχετίζονται με την επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση, για
την ικανοποίηση που παίρνουν από τη συμμετοχή τους σε αντίστοιχα προγράμματα,
και για τη γνώμη τους ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητα και απόδοση που έχουν.
Επιλέχθηκε η ποσοτική έρευνα που υλοποιήθηκε με τη χρήση
ερωτηματολογίου στην ιστοσελίδα της googleforms. Δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν
συνολικά 152εκπαιδευτές, εκπαιδευόμενοι, άτομα που τέλειωσαν προγράμματα
επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης και είναι μισθωτοί,
αυτοαπασχολούμενοι ή άνεργοισε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας, ικανό να
αναδείξει τις γενικές τάσεις που επικρατούν.
Η εργασία αναδεικνύει πως τα δημογραφικά και κοινωνικά χαρακτηριστικά,
καθώς και οι ιδιαίτερες προσδοκίες και η προσωπικότητα σε συνδυασμό με την
ιδιαίτερη προσπάθεια κάθε ατόμου που συμμετέχει σε προγράμματα επαγγελματικής
εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης επιδρούν στην επιλογή και ικανοποίηση που αποκομούν.
Υπό το πλαίσιο της υπάρχουσας οικονομικής κρίσης, η αύξηση του εισοδήματος και
η μείωση της ανεργίας συνιστούν στόχους που με την κατάλληλη οργάνωση και
σχεδιασμό μπορούν να επιτευχθούν.
