Χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση της ΜΙΝΕΡΒΑ Α.Ε. (Master thesis)

Main aim of this thesis is the analysis of the olive oil industry. The work is
specialized in the case study of an olive oil production firm and focuses on its
ratio financial analysis. Financial analysis is a useful tool for enterprises
employed by analysts to better understand, compare and interpret data that is
necessary for decision-making. Thus, the analysis of the present thesis is two fold. Initially, it examines the food and beverage industry and specializes on the
competition analysis of the three largest olive producers, Spain, Italy and Greece.
Secondly, the work focuses on the financial analysis of MINERVA. The results
of the analysis showed that the company is sustainable with excellent growth
opportunities.
