Καλλιεργούμενες ποικιλίες αμπέλου για την παραγωγή οίνου στο νομό Αιτωλοακαρνανίας (Bachelor thesis)

In recent years, great progress has been made in a number of areas of economic life
and the production of agricultural goods. Because of this progress, it’s the demand
for high quality products, which are safe for use, for the customer and ecofriendly.
Important steps have also been taken in developing new cultivation and production
methods. Vine-growing is effectively linked to the production of wine, a product that
combines culture with human pleasure. The qualified characteristics that follow the
wine are linked both to the place or production area and to the variety "born" in that
place or region. The area of Aitoloakarnania has wines of a protected name and of
superior quality. Thus, the cultivation of vineyards in the region is of particular
value.
The following bibliografy describes wine growing in the prefecture of
Aitoloakarnania. We hope that this work will be a good aid for those who intend to
cultivate the vine in the area of Agrinio, after presenting their characteristics,
varieties and problems at a primary level and level of processing.

| Abstract: | Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει παρατηρηθεί μεγάλη πρόοδος σε αρκετούς τομείς της
οικονομικής ζωής και της παραγωγής αγροτικών αγαθών. Αποτέλεσμα αυτής της
προόδου είναι η απαίτηση για προϊόντα ποιοτικής γεωργίας που είναι ασφαλή για
τον καταναλωτή και φιλικά προς το περιβάλλον. Επίσης, έχουν παρατηρηθεί
σημαντικά βήματα στην ανάπτυξη νέων τρόπων καλλιέργειας και παραγωγής. Η
αμπελοκαλλιέργεια συνδέεται αποτελεσματικά με την παραγωγή οίνου, ενός
προϊόντος που συνδυάζει τον πολιτισμό με την ανθρώπινη ευχαρίστηση. Τα ποιοτικά
χαρακτηριστικά που ακολουθούν τον οίνο, συνδέονται τόσο με τον τόπο ή την
περιοχή παραγωγής, όσο και με την ποικιλία που «γεννήθηκε» σε αυτόν τον τόπο ή
την περιοχή. Η περιοχή της Αιτωλοακαρνανίας διαθέτει κρασιά προστατευόμενης
ονομασίας προέλευσης (ΠΟΠ) και ανώτερης ποιότητας. Έτσι η αμπελοκαλλιέργεια
στην περιοχή αποκτά μια ιδιαίτερη αξία.
Στην παρακάτω εργασία περιγράφεται η αμπελοκαλλιέργεια στο νομό
Αιτωλοακαρνανίας. Η εργασία αυτή, ελπίζουμε να είναι ένα καλό βοήθημα για
όσους σκοπεύουν να ασχοληθούν με την καλλιέργεια του αμπελιού στην περιοχή
του Αγρινίου, αφού παρουσιάζονται τα χαρακτηριστικά, οι ποικιλίες και τα
