This thesis, which was conducted under the undergraduate program of ATEITH's Information Technology Department, aims at modernizing the old ATEITH blood donation web application which cannot migrate to a new PHP7 server and does not meet the new needs of users who are looking for responsive applications that will allow them easy access from mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. For the above reasons, we have re-designed the application rather than upgrade it. We retained all the old functions that the old application was running and we added new ones that are designed to facilitate the work of the ATEITH staff. Also, in order to promoting voluntary blood donation and increasing the number of blood donors, we inform by email and make possible for each visitor (user) to choose to be informed about upcoming blood donation events. Last but not least, each one user/blood donor may communicate with the ATEITH medical office and receive further assistance and information on voluntary blood donation.
