This project is referred to cultural, linguistic, ethnological and social differences in modern primary school and the role of Total Quality Management in managing with this heterogeneity. In the present times, school organizations are characterized by heterogeneity of students’ population. Those who are involved in educational process have to adjust in order to respond. Total Quality Management is a kind o management which is focused in continuous improvement and in provision of better quality in businesses and organizations, focused on clients needs. In education this kind of management, is used the resent yeas more often. Using Total Quality Management, the cooperation of all those involved is needed. Regarding educational organizations, quality is achieved by making sure that there is continuous improvement in all the fields of the organizations. By using this kind of management, school organizations contribute to knowledge provision and equal chances to every student in order for the best quality to come. This project consists of three parts. The first part is referred to heterogeneity that exists in school class and how it is managed, the second part is referred to Total Quality Management and the third part is referred to the research that carried out for this project and its results. In this research eighty tree teachers of all kinds of professions that work in public primary schools participated. From this research came out that in big percentage of students’ population come from different cultural, linguistic, ethnological and social backgrounds. Teachers make sure to include and provide equal chances to all groups of students. Although the biggest percentage of teachers don’t know what Total Quality Management is, seems that they use the principles in order to provide continuous improvement, good quality as well as inclusion and best possible outcomes for all groups of students.
