This thesis disclosed the way he worked in the library of the War Museum of Thessaloniki. Specifically, in the beginning we chose the books that we work with accidentally and then we made the processing of them. First processing task was organizing, cataloging, subject indexing and classification of the material, all made by insertion of documents in automated system Koha. Then mentioned the historical background of the organization, examples from Koha, the records and the indexes created.
