Our country has been suffering for the past few years an intensive economic crisis which has brought huge changes to many sectors of our society. These changes don’t touch only economical issues. One aspect that has being influenced deeply, as it was expected, is the Greek education which has being affected in many aspect, as the financial policy, the educational programs, the statutes, the educational practices etc. With this research we attempt to investigate an finally find out the influence that has brought the economic crisis to many aspects of the educational process. These aspects are: a) the impact of economic crisis to the quality of the work of the teachers of the Greek educational system as well as their improvement policies. b) the impact of economic crisis to the quality of the educational programs
