The aim of this research study ,is to evaluate the B 'level training program, within the range of the degree of usage of ICTs. [Information and Communication Technologies] in the classroom and the search of those factors ,that favor and prevent secondary education teachers in the Secondary Education Directorate of Chalkidiki from applying them to the educational process. The present research will explore the views and perceptions of Secondary Education teachers in Chalkidiki County who have been trained in "The utilization of ICTs. in the didactic act - B Level Educational Action ", while focusing on the degree of effectiveness of the educated teachers in regard to the utilization and application of ICT in the learning process. Research questions were designed to detect to what extent teachers use ICTs. in the day-today educational process, whether factors such as specialty, age, position in the school, university education or postgraduate and doctoral degrees, favor their use and factors such as knowledge of computer use, analytical curriculum, the overall "climate" of the school unit, the lack of infrastructure, etc. prevent the use of the acquired knowledge. Its individual objectives are to illustrate the views of teachers having to do with the reasons which contributed to attending the training program, the degree of their satisfaction while participating in the program, the extent to which they met the needs of education and the suggested degree for the improvement and redesign of the program. A qualitative approach was used to conduct the survey and a questionnaire was produced for its needs, which was sent electronically via the Directorate and the schools to the teachers' e-mail addresses. The results of the analysis of the data indicate that teachers acknowledge the value of using the training in Information and Communication Technologies, educational software, scripts and the interactive whiteboard. However, as shown by the survey, multiple factors influence positively and negatively the use of ICTs. with the most important being ,the lack of sufficient equipment, the change in the way the learning process is organized, the technical support, the lack of knowledge in the use of computers, the specialty of the teacher. All these negative factors, as well as all the others which have been detected, are the solution for the future greater success of the use of ICTs. By reinforcing the positive factors and limiting the negative, teachers' training in Information and Communication Technologies will be utilized to a greater extent and will be the most important tool for assisting the educational process, the effective learning and development of critical thinking and collaborative teaching
