The work we have undertaken to accomplish in some way contributes to the development of a library and its institution. In our thesis we describe in great detail and in every detail the steps we took to complete it. There is a general introduction to the utility of the library in a society but also how the Municipalities of the area and their libraries contribute to this work. The organization, cataloging, sorting and sorting was done on the basis of the openABEKT program where in our thesis we describe step by step how the books were selected, what procedure we followed, and how they were registered. There is an analysis of all the actions we performed in this program following the library and a detailed analysis of all the books we spent on openabekt.
