Οι απόψεις των καταναλωτών σχετικά με τη διατροφική επισήμανση των τροφίμων (Bachelor thesis)

OBJECTIVES: In this thesis , we study the relationship of consumers with food label. METHOD: The tool used in research was anonymous questionnaires, which were shared in 800 people in such a way that the sample is as representative and impartial as possible, in order for the results to be accurate and representative of the general population. The questionnaires consist of 33 questions of open and close types and were divided into 2 sections. The first section refers to information about the personal data of respondents, while the second section to the opinion, knowledge and the influence of the nutrition label to people in the research. The target population was male and female in a range of 18 to 70 years of age. The results of the research were edited in the Excel program, while their statistical analysis was done with the help of IBM S.P.S.S. STATISTICS V.20 program and the statistical methods Χ 2 test and Fisher. RESULTS: The reading of food labels as well as the food market is influenced by gender, age and educational level, while there was no impact on monthly economic income CONCLUSIONS: Education has a positive influence on the use of the label and women are more likely to use dietary labels than men and the elderly. The the final result in terms of age may be associated with a lower processing capacity of the elderly and the fact that older people tend to perceive less understandable labels
