The subject of the work we are called to develop is the implementation of Law
4624/2019, which deals with the protection of our personal data and in particular we
deal with the validity of this legislation in the information systems of educational
units. The overall objective of this research is how to collect and process our personal
data, as well as their secure transfer to the information systems of educational units.
First of all, the theoretical side of the subject is presented and the main definitions that
will be of concern to us are touched upon. In order to investigate whether the units
comply with the Personal Data Protection Regulation and whether they are aware of
this, we conducted a questionnaire survey involving 200 teachers of all educational
levels. The results of this research are presented in the follow-up to the work by
providing teachers' answers to each question included in the questionnaire with
commentary. We then proceeded to cross-check some results in order to extract the
answers to the research questions to which we are called upon to answer. In
conclusion, we present the general conclusions we reached

| Abstract: | Το θέμα της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η εφαρμογή του νόμου 4624/2019,ο οποίος
αναφέρεται στην προστασία των προσωπικών μας δεδομένων και ειδικότερα η
εφαρμογή της συγκεκριμένης νομοθεσίας στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα των
εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων. Γενικός στόχος της έρευνας είναι να εξεταστεί πόσο ο
τρόπος συλλογής και επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών μας δεδομένων, καθώς και η
διακίνησή τους στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα των εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων
ακολουθούν τις απαιτήσεις του παραπάνω νόμου. Αρχικά, παρουσιάζεται η
θεωρητική πλευρά του θέματος και θίγονται οι βασικότεροι ορισμοί που θα μας
απασχολήσουν. Προκειμένου να διερευνήσουμε αν οι εκπαιδευτικές μονάδες
συμμορφώνονται με τον κανονισμό περί προστασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων και
αν έχουν γνώση περί αυτού διεξήγαμε έρευνα με χρήση ερωτηματολογίου, στην
οποία συμμετείχαν 200 εκπαιδευτικοί όλων των εκπαιδευτικών βαθμίδων. Τα
αποτελέσματα της έρευνας αυτής παρουσιάζονται στη συνέχεια της εργασίας με την
παράθεση των απαντήσεων των εκπαιδευτικών για κάθε ερώτημα που συμπεριλήφθη
στο ερωτηματολόγιο συνοδευόμενων από σχετικό σχολιασμό. Στη συνέχεια
προχωρήσαμε στη διασταύρωση ορισμένων αποτελεσμάτων προκειμένου να
εξαχθούν οι απαντήσεις στα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα στα οποία καλούμαστε να
απαντήσουμε. Κλείνοντας, παραθέτουμε τα γενικά συμπεράσματα στα οποία
καταλήξαμε.
