It is commonly accepted that the existence of the Internet and computers has affected Banking Transactions. The discovery of e-banking has made it so much easier for our transactions, since with one move the bank is near us through a computer screen. This was of course a benefit for both the Bank and the client. With this new activity, it is natural that positive results have been generated, but at the same time there are risks that require ways to lead to safer use. It is therefore necessary to pay more attention to the quality of Internet services on the Bank's side in order to be able to stand between the other Banks and have a high level. The new activities in the field of e-banking, the offering of the best possible services and the effort for greater security of online transactions are the ones that will give the Bank more prestige and thus become leaders in the online banking transaction. E-banking is now an essential part of banking transactions, and this is what the Banks have fully understood. This research aims to inform about e-banking, its advantages and disadvantages.
