Λαζαροπούλου, Μελπομένη/ Μπαντσίλα, Σαμπίνα-Ιουλία

Cellulite is one of the most common problems among women. It is important to note that this problem is mostly confined to women and not to men because of the different hormonal needs of both sexes. It is characteristic that this external problem, although present on the skin, can cause significant effects on the woman's mental field, making her feel bad and disadvantageous. It is essential for every woman to know the factors that cause this problem and to avoid them as much as possible. Characteristically, she has to watch her diet and exercise quite often. Depending on the stage of cellulite and the characteristics of the condition, each woman needs different therapeutic interventions. Among the therapeutic interventions, massage, cryotherapy and thermotherapy, as well as aromatherapy, for example, belonging to alternative interventions, are more popular. Presenting a series of interventions, one can see that developments in the modern world of aesthetics can help every woman fight this enemy, and feel better with herself.
