This dissertation was prepared in the framework of the master's Programme Management Organization of training Units of & Department of business administration of the TEI. Work is the business plan of an educational organization and specifically a center of creative Employment of children (KDAP) in the city of drama. Initially, the literature review of marketing concepts, marketing services and educational marketing in order to give the theoretical background upon which to rest the creation of the business plan. Then, the second part and core work, the business plan of KDAP in Drama, which begins with his resume, in which given an overview of the basics of the business. Then, the company and the services that we offer. In addition, the company's marketing plan, giving the characteristics of inner and outer environment and selecting the marketing strategy and the company's targeting. The work concludes with the operating plan and the company's financial information. Finally, the conclusions, which shows that the establishment of the company will be successful and profitable.
