Purposes: The present study was conducted in order to investigate the results of physiotherapy program in a female adult with cerebral palsy. The physiotherapeutic approach was based in knowledge acquired from undergraduate level classes of kinesiology and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and was carried out under the professor’s supervision. Methodology: The intervention lasted for two months with the frequency of two conferences per week, while for the evaluation and the determination of the therapies evolution the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), the Trunk Control Measurement Scale (TCMS), the Five Times Sit to as well as not verified scales. Results: No significant differentiations were observed in the three measurements with the highest difference appearing in BBS. In contrast to that there were significant differences in the scores of the non verified measurements with the two minute-standing in the upright position requiring the use of the upper limb from 5 times to none and the number of the successful attempts to stand up from a seated position, using only the upper limb, from 1 to 5. Conversation: The improvement of the values of the non-verified tests is inherent in increasing the functionality of the patient. Additional research into physiotherapeutic intervention geared to task-oriented objectives will lead to safer conclusions with regards to the effectiveness of the methods of treatment applied.
